After 4 years, the financial argument of which company has the authority to establish International Business Companies and Issue Banking Gaming & Insurance Licenses in the Indian Ocean Island of Anjouan, ended last week in the Royal Court of Justice in London England .

Mr F. Lecler and his companies, BCI and Anjouan Services, conceded that since July 2003 they were not authorised to sell any financial services from Anjouan and that Anjouan Corporate Services Ltd were the only registered agents to sell Anjouan services. Mr F.Lecler was ordered by the courts to remove his various web sites relating to Anjouan, so there will be no future confusion.
